Every Keller Williams Market Center runs on one ecosystem it trusts: one record of the market, one view of production, one set of tools for recruiting, onboarding, coaching, planning, and growth — built by people who run Market Centers.
The story
In 2021 the Inspire Network — twelve Market Centers, two Business Centers, and six regional offices across Georgia, Florida, Texas, and Alabama — began a weekly Industry Update call built on a Google Sheet of market numbers. The sheet became a website with charts. The website became an internal tool with its own database. In March 2026 it was rebuilt from the ground up as the platform 2,500 agents now work in every day: the market's record from the MLS itself, every agent's production, and everything leadership runs, on one system.
Other ownership groups asked for it. i² Platform is how we give it to them — as a company, with the same standard we hold ourselves to: nothing ships that we would not run our own Market Centers on.
