Pricing

No line an owner has to squint at.

Per agent for what every agent touches. One all-in price per Market Center for what leadership runs. One for what the group runs. The MLS priced once to connect and flat to operate. Real costs passed straight through, always itemized.

How a month reads

Three billing units

Per agent, per office, per group. Nothing hidden.

Core

per agent · what every agent touches

One per-agent price, in marginal bands that step down as the roster grows — each band prices only the agents inside it, and there is no other volume discount anywhere on the card.

Market StatsMarket IntelligenceMy ProductionLeaderboardsSeller ToolsMC TrackingPresentations & MarketingEmail reportsMobile appLeadership analytics

A floor per ownership group protects the smallest case. Analytics are never a line item — they are why the core is worth it.

MC Leadership All-in

per Market Center · what leadership runs

One price per office for every leadership module, banded by that office's roster — so a 20-agent office and a 250-agent office are never charged the same, and the owner never sees a module line again.

Includes a page for every agent on the office site. À la carte exists for an office that wants two modules — but the bundle is the honest discount for committing the whole office.

Ownership Group All-in

per ownership group · above the office

One price for what lives above the office level, however many offices you have — one engine for the Monday call across every market, one desk, one community.

Optional for a single Market Center. Modules that ship later join at no change in price.

The MLS · priced once to connect, flat to operate

One-time · MLS onboarding

One flat fee per MLS. Once.

Connecting an MLS is the real work — not the software: the probe, the history sweep to the feed's true floor, the nightly audits from day one. One onboarding per board covers it, whatever the feed. You hold your own MLS licence, in your own name, and the record is yours.

Monthly · MLS data management

One flat fee per MLS. Every board, the same.

Each MLS changes its fields, statuses, rules and limits on its own schedule. The monthly fee is the monitoring, the schema drift, the rate budgets, the nightly coverage audits and the repair work that keep your record whole — forever, not until the next change. Cost tracks boards, not agents: another 500 agents on a running board costs nothing.

1
Founding partners: one fee per MLS, and the build-out is on us.

Our first two ownership groups pay a single flat onboarding per board — nothing else to stand the platform up in their name. The brand, the offices, the history sweep on every board, sites and sign-on are waived, so the only thing between a signature and a running system is the board granting access.

Launch · in stages, on your schedule

Stage 1

The core — every agent.

Market statistics to the ZIP, My Production, the weekly Industry Update in your brand, every agent's page, the open-house kiosk, the AI tools. Live in as little as two months from signature — paced by workload and by how quickly each board grants access.

Stage 2

Market Center OS — office by office.

CRM with retention and growth scores, campaigns, the office website with IDX, onboarding, business planning. Each Market Center switches on when its leadership is ready.

Stage 3

Ownership Group OS — when you want it.

The Industry Update engine, the Market Assistant, events, the support desk, community, learning. One price for the group, added after the core is a habit. Monthly lines begin the month access is switched on.

What the same capabilities cost as separate tools

Fifteen vendors, fifteen silos, fifteen exports. Or one record.

What a Market Center runs on today

each with its own login, its own export, its own idea of who your agents are

Fifteen contracts. The attendance sheet does not know the production report; the website lead does not know the CRM score; the Monday email does not know who opened it. And when a vendor goes, its data goes with it.

One record — yours

what only connects when it is one system

Attendance → productionThe Monday call is matched to who closed what — "regular attendees close more" is measured, not claimed.
Site lead → listing agent → scoreA lead on the office site lands with the listing agent, in the CRM, and moves that agent's growth signal.
Content → engagement → retentionWho opened this week's edition is a retention signal, not a report nobody reads.
Recruiting from real productionA candidate's MLS record, not what they told you — because you keep the archive.
One roster, everywhereKW Command is the roster for stats, CRM, sites, events, learning and content — nobody re-types an agent.
You own it, all of itEvery contact, lead, attendance record, plan, course completion and listing your board ever served — exportable, yours, and it does not leave when a vendor does.

The line-by-line comparison — what each of those tools costs an office today against the all-in — is in the rate card we send for your group.

Rules that keep it honest

01
All-or-nothing per billing unit

An office that wants two modules buys à la carte. No partial bundles, no carve-outs.

02
Prices move only with your roster band

Trued up quarterly with the core. Never on logins.

03
Later modules join at no change

What ships next lands in your bundle at the price you signed.

04
A bundle never hides a meter

Texts, AI and board IDX fees ride at cost, itemized, with the provider line visible.

05
Nothing an agent buys lands on your bill

A custom-domain agent site is the agent's money — the group authorizes and keeps takedown rights.
