The operating system for Keller Williams ownership
Intelligence,
squared.
A singular ecosystem for Market Centers to operate within and thrive — the market's real numbers, your agents' production, and everything leadership runs, on one record.
One record of the market
Every listing. Every status. Every field. Kept whole.
One record of the market, drawn from your own MLS feeds under your own data licence — every listing, every status, every field, kept whole and current for as long as each board allows, with the economy behind it from FRED, BLS and Census. That is what "squared" means: the same intelligence, raised to every level of your business.

The platform itself · Georgia monthly statistics · generic office and cast
The platform
Not a slide deck.
Screens are the live platform with a generic office and cast.

Included in the core · every quarter
And when it is a slide deck, we build it.
Market Mastery is the quarterly event your agents come for. We build the deck from your record — county by county, property type by type, with live windows into the platform, presenter notes, a 2-up handout and a QR shortlink on every slide — so leadership walks in and presents.

What ships with every deck
Georgia, Florida and Texas editions each quarter; Monday market decks between them. Presenter notes on every slide, a 2-up handout PDF, and a shortlink + QR that drops the room into the live stats. Rebuilt from the record, never pasted.
Monday morning Industry Updatelive
A presenter mode for the weekly numbers — one big button rail and window-in-window live panels, so whoever runs Monday clicks through the market in front of the roster — and, since September, the whole week's content behind it: the week's articles in on Sunday, the post, reels, newsletter, graphics and invite out for every market by Monday. Measured, not asserted.
Every figure carries its source and its date. When a sample is too small to be honest, the number is withheld and says so. Attendance and production are matched agent by agent, not claimed.
Compositions on this page are illustrative. The platform computes these on your boards and your roster.

Built inside the business
Made by people who run Market Centers.
i² grew out of the Inspire Network's own platform — 2,500+ agents, 20 offices, four states, since 2021. It began as a weekly Industry Update spreadsheet and became the system our offices run on. Nothing ships that we would not run our own Market Centers on.
