Privacy
i² Platform is operated by i2 Platform, LLC, Atlanta, GA. Last updated October 5, 2026.
This website uses one first-party cookie (_i2sid) to understand which parts of the platform interest visitors — pages viewed, time on page, links clicked — so we can follow up well. It is set only after you accept the notice, it is ours alone (no advertising networks, no third-party analytics), and declining it turns collection off. If you submit the walkthrough form, the details you enter are joined to that visit history and used only to respond to you. We do not sell or share any of it. To see or remove what we hold, email hello@i2platform.com.
When your organization uses i² Platform, we hold the account details needed to sign you in (your name, email address, role and organization), the information you and your organization put into the platform or connect to it, and a record of activity (sign-ins, pages opened, actions taken) so we can run, secure and improve the service.
Your organization’s information stays your organization’s. We use it to provide and support the platform for you. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
You can connect a Google account to the platform. Today that means connecting a Gmail mailbox to your Desk. Google shows you exactly what is being asked, and you can refuse. We ask for your email address, to confirm which account is being connected, and for permission to read, send and label mail in that mailbox.
What we keep. For each message we keep the sender, the recipients, the subject, the date, Gmail’s own identifiers and a short excerpt of up to 500 characters. We do not keep the body of your messages: when you open one, it is read from Gmail at that moment. The access Google grants us is stored encrypted.
What we do with it. We use it to show your mail in your own Desk, to prepare summaries and draft replies, and to send the replies you approve from your own mailbox. Nothing is sent from your mailbox unless you press Send.
AI. To prepare a summary or a draft, the text of the message is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, for that one request. What comes back, the summary and the draft, is stored with your account.
Who can see it. Mail from a connected mailbox is shown only to the person who connected it. Other customers cannot see it, and neither can other people in your organization. If you choose to file a message onto a shared card, the text you filed is visible to the people who can see that card. The people who operate the platform can reach stored information only when that is needed to run, secure or fix the service.
What we never do. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models of our own.
Disconnecting. You can disconnect a Google account at any time in the platform (Admin, then Mail). We then withdraw our access at Google and delete the stored grant. You can also remove the platform’s access from your Google Account settings. Message details already listed in your Desk stay until you ask us to delete them: email hello@i2platform.com.
We use a small number of providers to run the platform, each only for its part: DigitalOcean (hosting), Google (connected accounts and our own company email), Anthropic (AI summaries and drafts) and Resend (email the platform sends). We do not give your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.
We keep information for as long as your account or your organization’s agreement is active. To see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, email hello@i2platform.com.
