Sites & IDX

The Market Center website with map-first IDX search on your own licensed feeds, a roster that opens on a wall of faces, open houses from the feed, real neighborhood pages, a home-value page that shows its work, and a page for every agent — included. Agents who want their own brand on their own domain can add it themselves.

The office site

IDX search, neighborhoods, open houses, the live roster, featured listings rotating through a clickable hero, market stats embedded, leadership, ALC and staff pages, alliance partners with their logos, a Join Us page in the navigation, and lead routing as built: leads on an office listing go to the listing agent; general inquiries go to the office — straight into the CRM.

Search that starts on the map

The map outlines the place the visitor searched — ZIP, city, county or neighborhood, whatever they typed — with one listing card everywhere, size and time-on-market filters, price pins that arrive with the map, and a real map on every listing page. When one of the office's own agents listed the home, the listing page names them beside the contact form: photo, phone, email and a link to their page.

Neighborhoods that are real pages

Leadership curates which neighborhoods the site publishes and what is around each one. Every neighborhood draws its own outline, carries walkability and what's-nearby, and — when it is only a point on a map — takes its shape from the office's own listings.

A home-value page that shows its work

A homeowner types their address and sees the home we matched — size, beds, baths, year built, subdivision — then a value with a range sized to how confident the estimate is, how we got there, and the local market. Comparable sales come from the same subdivision first and are measured on finished space; a misspelled street gets a "did you mean"; a home that is listed or just sold is told so. One step sends it to the office. The address never goes in a URL.

Open houses, from the feed

An open-houses page on every office site, read from the board's own open-house records — Georgia, Texas and Florida — so the weekend's schedule is on the site without anyone typing it.

Offices write their own sites

Leadership and office staff edit the site in the platform — pages, counties and measures to publish, featured content — instead of filing a ticket with an engineer. Add leadership, ALC members and staff straight from the roster with their headshots, drag them into order, and remove one with undo. Alliance partners get a dropped-in logo, drag-to-reorder, a featured tier, and their contact people listed under the business name.

Every agent's page, included — with their own editor

A page for every agent on the roster, from the day the site goes live: who they are at a glance, their listings, solds, the market they work, and a contact form with the review form beside it. Their KW profile fills in the bio, languages, designations and social links. Each agent edits their own page — production toggle, up to three target markets, hero button, bio — and office leadership can make the same changes for them from the CRM.

Our Agents, faces first

Headshots are imported by each agent's KW ID and refreshed monthly, cropped sharp for the grid and never enlarged on the profile. The roster opens on the agents with photos; the rest follow under a quiet "Photos on the way" line that nudges them to add one. A name filter finds anyone by typing, and each person appears once.

Agent Pro sites

True custom-domain hosting on the agent's own brand — not a forward to kw.com — with hyperlocal search pages, live market stats on their domain, and cross-listing lead capture. Their money, not the group's.
